Tool room: IST has an in- house tool room and thus is completely independent in terms of doing any type of tooling for regular production and new product developments. The tool room consists of mainly Swiss make tool room machineries such as:
- Schaubline Lathes
- Ewag make Universal Tool and Cutter Grinders
- Optical Jig Boring make Hausar
- Jig Boring make Moore
- Other Indian make tool room machineries.

- Solid carbide single LIP and multi LIP cutters, drillers and reamers
